– Research and analyze market trends and customer needs.
– Design the company’s marketing strategy.

– More than 3 years of experience in similar positions.
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Experience in the design and implementation of marketing strategies as Director in B2B SaaS companies.
– Experience in team management.
– Experience in the implementation of Inbound marketing strategies.
– High organizational capacity and accustomed to the use of task management tools for teams (Asana, Trello, Wrike ….).
– Previous experience in metrics management. Great capacity for analysis.
– English: Very high level of spoken and written.
– Advanced management of CRM software and marketing automation (ideally Salesforce and Pardot).
– Advanced use of software for text editing, presentation and spreadsheets.
It will be valued:
– International experience.
– Other languages (preferably German and French).
– Postgraduate, Master or complementary training in Marketing.
